Product Introduction

Working principle and operating method
1. Use the control cabinet to adjust the temperature, humidity, and belt speed required for drying kiwifruit. (We will send technical personnel to track and guide the specific values)
2. The fuel is fully burned in the furnace to generate heat, which is then converted into pure and suitable hot air through a heat exchange furnace, and transported by a fan into the interior of the dryer box. (Coal, natural gas, air energy and other heat sources can be used according to the actual situation of the customer)
3. Place the material on the conveyor belt and transport it evenly to the inside of the dryer through the homogenizer.
4. The material moves layer by layer inside the dryer under the drive of the conveyor belt, and there are multiple flips of the material during this process.
5. Hot air passes through the mesh belt and its materials layer by layer from the bottom of the oven, dehydrating the materials and removing moisture, thus achieving the drying effect.
6. The dried material is discharged from the discharge port.
