3、 YJ-1 kiln type wood moisture detector _ Instructions for using kiln wood moisture detector
1. Power on preheating
Before using the instrument, it should be turned on and preheated for 15 minutes.
2. Temperature correction
When measuring at room temperature, the temperature correction knob is generally placed between 20 ℃ and 30 ℃; When measuring wood during or after drying, adjustments can be made based on the ambient temperature in which the wood is located. When measuring continuously, attention should be paid to the temperature and hysteresis of the wood during the heating and cooling process.
3. Tree species correction
Adjust the tree species correction knob to the corresponding tree species gear in the attached table to adapt to different tree species measurements.
4. Sensor connection (nail connection)
The connecting wire adopts a single core shielded wire, and one end of the core wire and the metal shielding mesh are connected to two sensors respectively. The two sensors are nailed to the tested inspection board at a distance of 30mm, with a depth of~for rectangular wood and~for cylindrical wood diameter; The other end is connected to the terminal of the instrument measuring point, with the core wire connected to the red terminal and the metal shielding mesh connected to the corresponding black terminal.
5. Measurement of wood without listed tree species correction file
First, measure several specimens with balanced moisture content as much as possible at the four positions of the tree species switch. Then, the moisture content of the specimen is determined using the dry balance weight method. The position where the tree species conversion switch deviates from the dry balance weight method can be used for future selection of the tree species for measurement. If the above adjustment test method is not used, the transfer switch can generally be placed in the third gear for measurement.

1. The distance between the connecting wires depends on the distance between the instrument and each detection point, and should generally be less than 15 meters.
2. If the temperature of the connecting wire is greater than 70 ℃, high-temperature resistant wires should be used.
3. The instrument must be grounded.
