In order to adapt to the large-scale production of dried tofu, our factory has designed and produced a continuous mesh belt dryer suitable for the drying and processing of dried tofu based on its drying characteristics and years of debugging experience. This greatly improves the drying efficiency and achieves large-scale streamlined drying and processing of dried tofu. The tofu dryer mainly consists of a heat exchange furnace (hot air stove), a mesh belt dryer, an electronic control system, and other auxiliary components. The hot air stove provides drying medium - hot air for drying equipment. Different forms of stoves such as coal-fired, oil fired, and gas-fired can be selected according to the fuel used; The hot air is delivered to the mesh belt dryer through the hot air distribution component for drying dried tofu. The hot air on/off, air volume, speed of mesh belt operation, temperature and humidity inside the drying room can be adjusted through the electronic control system to ensure continuous and automated operation of the equipment.

The body of the belt style tofu dryer can be made of color steel, baking paint or stainless steel materials, which are beautiful, generous, sturdy and durable.
The furnace adopts an energy-saving heat conversion furnace, which saves fuel and improves heat utilization efficiency. The converted pure hot air does not pollute the materials.
The feeding machine is equipped with a homogenizer, which controls the thickness of the material layer and eliminates the need for manual laying, reducing labor and ensuring drying quality.
The box adopts a multi-layer structure with a small footprint, and the materials are constantly flipped during the falling process, resulting in even drying.
working principle:
Place the dried tofu and other materials on the conveyor belt, and after passing through the homogenizer, the materials are laid flat on the mesh belt and transported to the inside of the dryer. Inside the dryer, they are flipped and dropped layer by layer in an "s" shape, and the dried tofu flows out from the discharge port. The converted hot air enters from the bottom of the dryer, and due to the lower pressure being greater than the upper pressure, the hot air flow passes through each layer of mesh belt and the material layer above it from bottom to top, drying layer by layer with uniform and sufficient heat exchange, high production efficiency, and good dry product quality.
The belt type tofu drying machine can adjust the hot air flow and air volume, the speed of the mesh belt operation, and the temperature inside the drying room during operation through the electronic control system, which can achieve continuous production, greatly improve work efficiency, save labor intensity, and reduce labor costs.
