Working principle of multi-layer belt dryer:
The mesh belt dryer distributes the materials to be processed through a fabric mechanism such as a granulator on a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt uses 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt, and the conveyor belt moves back and forth inside the dryer through a channel composed of one or several heating units, which are dragged by a transmission device. Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system, and each channel has one or several dehumidification systems. When the conveyor belt passes through, hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes to achieve uniform drying. The length of the box is composed of standard segments. In order to save space, the drying machine can be designed in multiple layers, commonly including two bedroom three story, two bedroom five story, with a length of 6-40m and an effective width of 0.6-3.0m.

The belt dryer consists of a feed inlet, a drying host, a drying section, an outlet, a mesh belt, a transmission device, an inlet duct, an outlet duct, a fan, and a hot air source. The material enters through a feeding port and is dried by a drying machine. The speed of the mesh belt depends on the type and moisture content of the material. The airflow direction adopts negative pressure, porous air intake, ensuring effective drying area, and uniform distribution of airflow speed to improve the drying effect.

Daily maintenance of multi-layer belt dryer:
1. Regularly clean the mesh belt or mesh cloth to avoid dust, flocs, and materials remaining in the equipment, and to avoid affecting the convection of hot air and causing low drying efficiency.
2. Regularly check the circulating fan for adhesion of dust and materials (if there is adhesion, it will reduce the circulating air volume of the fan and increase the fan load, shortening the fan's service life). Lubricate the machine equipment at regular intervals and perform maintenance to extend its service life.
