The centrifugal spray dryer is a gas-liquid two-phase concurrent flow drying equipment, which uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to atomize the feed liquid into fine droplets, mix with the hot air distributed by the distributor in the drying tower, exchange heat and mass quickly, and dry into powder products in a short time. Production control and product quality control are convenient and reliable, widely used in the drying production of different types of liquid materials.
Different types of solutions, suspensions, emulsions, and paste like materials can achieve one-time continuous drying production.
◆ The fog moment and droplet diameter of spray drying can be slightly adjusted.
The distribution of hot air is reasonable, eliminating the phenomenon of ceiling suction and wall sticking.
◆ It is also suitable for drying heat sensitive and non heat sensitive materials. The product particles are smaller than those of pressure spray drying.

Inorganic substances: aluminum nitride, zirconium dioxide, potassium fluoride, bentonite, kaolin, barium sulfate, cobalt sulfate, sodium aluminate, chromium oxide, titanium dioxide.

◆ Dyes: Dispersed red FB, reactive dyes, etc.
Chemical additives: white carbon black, diatomaceous earth, sodium aluminosilicate, wood calcium, sodium lignosulfonate, naphthalene based water reducing agent.
◆ Pesticide: Carbendazim hydrochloride wettable powder.
Food and feed additives: casein phosphopeptide, potassium sorbate, fish serum.
Fertilizer: potassium humate, sodium humate.
