1、 Overview
The DMC type pulse single machine dust collector is a small bag filter designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar domestic products and improving them. The dust collector adopts a pulse jet cleaning method, which has the advantages of good cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large processing air volume, long filter bag life, small maintenance workload, and safe and reliable operation. Widely used for dust removal, purification, and material recovery of non fibrous industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical engineering, and lime mines.
This series of dust collectors has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard ash hopper type A and open flange type (without ash hopper) B. Its structure mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, flap valve, pulse ash spraying and cleaning device, electric control box, etc. The box body adopts a welded structure. The access door is sealed with foam rubber strip.
2、 Working principle
The working principle of a dust collector is as follows: the dust containing gas enters the filtering chamber through the ash hopper (or lower open flange), and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dust containing gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the bag surface. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the resistance of the equipment to rise to the set value, the time circuit breaker (or micro pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valves are opened one by one, allowing compressed air to blow and clean the dust through the filter bag through the nozzle, causing the filter bag to suddenly expand. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the bag quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin), and the dust is discharged through the reverse valve. Spray only gradually removes dust from the filter bag, while other filter bags continue to filter normally without stopping the fan.
