Working principle of drum dryer
(1) The drum dryer consists of a heat source, a dispersing device, a belt feeder, a feeding machine, a rotating body, a lifting plate, a belt discharge machine, a induced draft fan, a unloader, and an electric control cabinet& nbsp; & nbsp;
(2) The heat source of the dryer comes from the combustion device, and this dryer adopts a co current heating method. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried are pushed back by the spiral plate from the feeding box and the feeding chute into the cylinder. Due to the tilted placement of the dryer, the material flows towards the rear end under the action of gravity and rotation, and is repeatedly picked up by the plate and brought to the upper end before being continuously lifted and scattered down, forming a uniform curtain inside the drum and fully exchanging heat with the hot air flow inside the drum. As the material is repeatedly lifted and scattered, the moisture contained in it gradually dries, thus achieving the purpose of drying. Our factory uses reasonable operating parameters for the dryer, which generally reduces energy consumption and power consumption by 10-15% or more, and increases hourly output by 10-15% or more. It has been widely used in cement and mineral processing enterprises& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp;
(3) The characteristics of drying are large processing capacity, low fuel consumption, low drying cost, strong scalability, and design consideration of production surplus. Even if the output is reduced, there is no need to replace the equipment. The dryer adopts a self-aligning trailer structure, and the tight fit between the trailer and the rolling ring can greatly reduce wear and power consumption. The specially designed stop wheel structure can greatly reduce the horizontal thrust caused by equipment tilting work, with strong load resistance, smooth cylinder operation, and high reliability.
