One Function Introduction
1. The hot air circulation drying oven is a dryer with an insulated outer wall that resembles a box. It is suitable for drying small batches and multiple varieties of materials. Box type dryers are generally operated intermittently, with simple equipment structure, low investment, easy operation and maintenance, and low failure rate.
2. Box type dryers can be divided into parallel flow transverse air and cross flow longitudinal air according to the different internal air flow conditions.
3. The circulating fan installed in the upper air duct of the drying box converts the electric heating or steam heat energy in the heating chamber into hot air, and evenly sends it to the drying chamber for drying the materials after being distributed by the air conditioning plate. After the hot air contacts and exchanges with the materials, it carries a large amount of moist and hot air. Part of it is discharged into the outside atmosphere through the dehumidification fan through the dehumidification outlet (dehumidification), and the other part enters the circulating fan through the air inlet for recycling.
4. The hot air temperature and drying time inside the oven are set according to the type of material to be dried and the process requirements. The temperature can be manually set and automatically controlled by the electric control box.
5. This equipment is designed based on the principle of heat exchange, and the box is made of special materials. It has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable layout, high temperature control, good insulation performance, high thermal efficiency, and safe and reliable operation. It is an ideal equipment for drying various materials. This equipment is powered by clean energy, fully sealed, and basically closed-loop circulation.
2、 Usage of drying oven
The equipment is mainly used for processing medicinal herbs, sesame seeds, vegetables, preserved fruits, seafood, and flowers, such as American ginseng, red ginseng, ginseng, white ginseng, sun dried ginseng, ginseng, angelica sinensis, cordyceps sinensis, honeysuckle, artemisia annua, Schisandra chinensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Cistanche deserticola, Astragalus membranaceus, Dendrobium officinale, Platycodon grandiflorus, konjac, yam, corn seeds, tobacco seeds, pumpkin, onion, spinach, fern, wild vegetables, carrots, celery, cowpeas, chili peppers, beans, tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, fungus, garlic, ginger, raisins, kiwifruit, lychee, banana, hawthorn, longan, dried apples, persimmons, dried scallops, dried fish, kelp, distiller's grains, chrysanthemums, and roses. Deep processing and drying of important materials such as chemical powders, particles, dyes, etc.
