Our company has made significant improvements to the original belt dryer based on the actual production line usage of seaweed materials and the equipment requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industry. It mainly has the following characteristics:
Hot air crosses the material from bottom to top and from top to bottom, increasing the contact area between the material and hot air and improving the drying speed.
The material of the entire equipment is made of a combination of stainless steel and carbon steel that meets food requirements. The bottom of the inner cavity is fully welded, ensuring that there is no air leakage between the machine and the outside during operation, and ensuring easy cleaning of the equipment. There is no water accumulation inside the equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of the dried items every time.
Adopting a fully enclosed structure, there are no external air ducts except for the dehumidification duct, ensuring that materials are not contaminated, improving thermal efficiency, and enhancing working conditions.
The internal air supply device used not only increases the relative velocity between the material and the hot air, improves the drying speed, but also ensures uniform and consistent drying of the material.
The steam heating device is placed separately on the side, and a filter screen is added to the inlet of the heater, which not only filters out impurities in the circulating air, but also ensures the cleanliness inside the heater; At the same time, there is a manhole access door on one side of the equipment, which allows easy access to all components of the dryer for maintenance and cleaning.
Perforated air distribution plates are arranged on top of the mesh belt in the equipment cavity to increase the wind speed and evenly penetrate the material layer, avoiding uneven drying of materials on both sides.
The drying section of this unit consists of 6 units and 4 heating sections. The temperature of each section can be independently and automatically controlled through a proportional control valve, and all have digital displays, greatly improving the operability of the equipment.
