Biomass pellet burner
1. Fuel used: wood chips or straw pellets biomass fuel& nbsp;
2. Boiling semi gasification combustion with tangential swirl air distribution design ensures complete fuel and combustion& nbsp;
3. The equipment operates under slight pressure without experiencing tempering or misfiring& nbsp;
4. Wide range of thermal load adjustment: The thermal load of the combustion engine can be quickly adjusted within the range of 30% -120% of the rated load, and the starting block responds sensitively;
5. The pollution-free and environmentally friendly benefits are obvious: using renewable biomass energy as fuel, the sustainable utilization of energy has been achieved. Adopting low-temperature segmented combustion technology and low emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, dust, etc. in flue gas, it is a substitute for coal furnaces and other equipment& nbsp;
6. No tar, wastewater and other waste discharge: using high-temperature gas direct combustion technology, tar is directly burned in gaseous form, solving the technical problem of high tar content in biomass gasification and avoiding secondary pollution of water quality caused by washed tar& nbsp;
7. Easy to operate and maintain: using automatic feeding and wind powered ash removal, the operation is simple, the workload is small, and a single person on duty is sufficient& nbsp;
8. Low investment and operating costs: The biomass combustion structure design is reasonable, and the renovation cost is low when used in various boilers.
Applicable fields:
1. Painting industry: baking paint, powder coating and curing for industrial products such as automobiles, motorcycles, containers, and household appliances.
2. Building materials industry: wood drying, artificial board, laminated board drying, gypsum board drying, glass fiber product drying.
3. Thermal insulation engineering: Heating for industrial plants and civil buildings.
4. Processing and baking of agricultural products, feed, and food.
Special precautions;
1. The fuel must use pure wood biomass pellets with a diameter of C6-8mm, and do not use pellet fuel with too much debris and magazines. Prevent the iron sword from entering the material box when adding materials! If the equipment is damaged due to poor fuel or iron objects entering the material box, it will not be covered by the warranty& nbsp;
2. The furnace of boilers or other equipment is under negative pressure, and excessive positive pressure is strictly prohibited. If the positive pressure is too high, an induced draft device should be installed;
3. The material box cover must be closed during operation to prevent wastage. When shutting down the furnace, be sure to close the isolation valve to prevent backfire& nbsp;
4. If there is obstruction or jamming (usually caused by excessively long particles), use a wooden stick to poke it down. Do not use iron wire or steel bars to prevent them from being caught in the screw and causing damage to the screw& nbsp;
5. Burner cleaning: After the combustion engine has been working for a period of time, coking will occur near the nozzle. If this phenomenon occurs, it will seriously affect the operation of the combustion engine. Severe cases can cause damage to the combustion engine! Therefore, regular inspections and defocusing are required. (It is recommended to check every 3 to 7 days). Coke removal method: Remove the burner from the equipment and gently tap the coke block with a wooden or iron rod from the burner to remove it from the gasification chamber. (Be careful not to damage the gasification chamber and fire passage when removing coke) Coking is closely related to fuel, and it is recommended to use pure wood fuel;
General troubleshooting;
1. Chimney emits black smoke&dash& mdash; Reason: Too much material is being fed, making it difficult for the furnace to digest. Solution: Stop feeding for a few minutes and observe the chimney for normal exhaust before starting normal feeding; Reduce the feeding speed based on the absence of black smoke emissions from the chimney;
2. There is a spark rebound at the stove mouth&dash& mdash; Reason: Poor ventilation due to slag accumulation in the equipment system or carbon blockage in the combustion nozzle. Solution: Clean and dredge the slag accumulation in the heat transfer system of the production line or clean the slag accumulation at the outlet of the burner. Under normal circumstances of using equipment furnaces or pipeline heat transfer systems for 8 hours/working day, slag accumulation should be cleaned and cleared once every 3 months;
