Application and composition of dryer:
This series of dryers is widely used for material drying in industries such as cement, mining, building materials, chemical, grain, and compound fertilizer production. In order to control the temperature of the dryer, thermocouples are installed on the inlet and outlet devices. The temperature changes at the inlet and outlet ends of the dryer can be displayed through a thermometer, providing a basis for better control of the working temperature inside the cylinder (generally 350-380 degrees).
The dryer is mainly composed of components such as the cylinder device, front and rear supporting wheel device, feeding and discharging device, transmission device, and gear cover. The auxiliary equipment that comes with the dryer, such as the combustion chamber, feeding and discharging equipment, dust collection equipment, etc., are not within the scope of this machine.
Working principle of dryer:
The heat source of the dryer comes from the combustion device, and this dryer adopts a co current heating method. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried are pushed back by the spiral plate from the feeding box and the feeding chute into the cylinder. Due to the tilted placement of the dryer, the material flows towards the rear end under the action of gravity and rotation, while at the same time it is repeatedly picked up by the cutting board, carried to the upper end and continuously scattered down. Make the material form a uniform curtain inside the cylinder, fully exchanging heat with the hot air inside the cylinder. Due to the repeated scattering of the material, the moisture contained in it is gradually dried, thus achieving the purpose of drying.
