drying system
& nbsp; This machine adopts a direct airflow circulation method and a steel aluminum composite rolled plate radiator. The radiator is heated by steam and thermal oil, and the hot air exchanged is directly injected into the upper and lower air boxes inside the machine by a centrifugal fan. The hot air passes through the nozzles of the upper and lower air boxes and sprays the hot air flow at high speed to both sides of the veneer. The pressure of the sprayed air flow can break through the saturated water vapor layer on the surface of the veneer, accelerate heat conduction, and make the veneer uniformly heated, achieving the drying effect.
drive system
& nbsp; The veneer is vertically fed into the machine through the feeding port, and the upper and lower rows of rollers are driven by a chain to rotate relative to each other. The veneer is pressed forward by the weight of the upper roller. The veneer passes through the two rollers and the upper and lower air nozzles simultaneously, achieving the effect of drying and ironing. Therefore, the veneer dried by this machine is flat, smooth, and free of marks.
Control system
& nbsp; According to customer requirements, there are manual, continuously variable transmission, and fully automatic computer control systems that can adjust the feeding speed according to the thickness and moisture content of your veneer to achieve the desired drying effect.
Our factory has newly developed a new type of automatic control dryer. The machine adopts PLC for automatic control of the whole machine. Users input drying instructions into the control screen according to the thickness and humidity of the single board they need to dry. The PLC automatically manages the wind speed, feed speed, and temperature inside the machine, and achieves optimal drying effect.
Structural selection
& nbsp; The external structure includes metal shells (iron plates, aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, etc.), rock wool insulation, and brick masonry. We can produce according to the conditions of your factory and assist you in renovating old machines.
Heat source system
